Lincoln Dodgers New look To the future | Celebrating 20 Years of Developing Youth Baseball Players

Twenty years ago, the Lincoln Dodger’s baseball organization started with a mission of developing baseball players into quality young men with a passion to become outstanding ball players. Each player selected is expected to work hard in a team environment and develop individual skills that will also help with the success of their team. We are excited to announce new leadership as the Dodger Organization has a fresh new look and new indoor facility! Some of the same traditions and principles with a greater focus on developing our players through our experienced coaches. We also know the positive impact of development during the off-season, so we expanded to a 16,000 sq. ft. indoor facility, providing year round pro-style baseball training with team and individual programs.

In those twenty years, we’ve enjoyed the success of winning State Championships and even World Series. That’s a pretty good indication that our organization and our coaches are doing things right.  We’ve helped hundreds of players realize their dreams by playing high school baseball at a very high level. Two of those players were selected as “Super State” players this year, in addition to several others being honored as “All State” players. Several players are also playing at the college level and we are very proud to say that we have a former Lincoln Dodger currently playing in the Washington Nationals Major League Baseball organization.

Family and sportsmanship are very important to our organization. As important as developing athletes is to us, we work hard to find the right balance between family, church, community, and select level baseball. Good sportsmanship and teamwork will be stressed at all times.

Each of our coaches has strong baseball and coaching backgrounds. Because of this, you will almost always see the success of your son’s team grow from year to year. One additional benefit that you’ll enjoy is the regular use of our indoor facility, which is included as part of your son’s player fees.

Speaking of fees, our player fees are traditionally some of the lowest in the Lincoln area while providing the highest level of quality. We also offer great fundraising opportunities to help offset those fees and make select baseball affordable for any athlete with the desire and ability to play.

In the end, we want to offer your son the best baseball experience possible, allowing him to achieve his dream to develop and play at a higher level.–
